Step 2: Choose your size

The easy way

Are you a small person with a small bike? You probably need a small. Are you a tall person with a large bike? You probably need a large.

It’s only tricky when you are somewhere in the middle. When in doubt, pick a small. We’ll send you a Framepack and if it doesn’t fit, just send it back and we’ll either give you a full refund or an alternate size.

Also, manufacturers sometimes print a seat tube length on the bike in either centimeters or inches. This can help you decide, but manufacturers often measure their bikes in different ways, so it might not be a perfect measurement.

The precise way

A tape measure is the most accurate way to figure out what size you need. Measure as shown in the photos and then compare to the sizes below:

Small Framepack: 49 – 55 cm (~ 19.5 – 21.75″]

Large Framepack: 56 – 64 cm (~ 22 – 25″)

Traditional seat tube measurement
Place the end of the tap measure as close as possible to the cen
Place the end of the tape measure as close as possible to the center of the bottom bracket.
Measure to the center of the joint where the top tube meets the seat tube.
Measure to the center of the joint between the top tube and the seat tube. The bike in the photo above measures 22" (56cm) and would need a large Framepack.
